Zante island tour by boat

Zante tour by boat with my-tours.grWe pick you up from your resort and bring you to the harbour of Zakynthos Town. Our boat TOP CRUISER (DIMOSTHENES K.) leaves at about 9.30 a.m.

Our boat is 41 m long, has 3 decks, snack bar, play ground, swimming pool, 12 m long gang plank for visiting the beaches and it’s the fastest, newest and biggest cruise-boat on the island.

Our Zante tour begins as we head north along the east coast of Zakynthos, passing the beaches of Tsilivi and Planos and their beautiful surrounding landscapes. After passing the sandy beaches of Alikanas and Alikes we reach sleepy Agios Nikolaos in the north, one of the islands

most idyllic fishing villages.

Our first stop is at the famous Blue Caves, where the blue light, produced by the sun shining on the water, reflects against the walls of the cave and transforms the seabed into shades of purple, red and turquoise.

We sail around the Cape Skinari on our way to the South. Maybe you will be lucky enough to spot some dolphins! The difference between the east and the west coast is enormous. The west coast is very steep with several small bays.

Our next stop is truly breathtaking, something that many of you have seen before but up until now only on postcards, the famous Smuggler’s Wreck! Enter the wreck like a pirate or have a swim in the turquoise water. You have plenty time for swimming there.

Keep your camera ready for the fantastic Lagoon of Porto Vromi, which has two natural ports full of fishing boats.

You will then visit some more beautiful caves at Agalas.

In the south we’ll visit the famous Caves of Keri. These caves lead very deep inside the mountains of Keri. Time for a refreshing swim at Marathias Beach.

Have your cameras ready again for the Island of Marathonissi. Many years ago Marathonissi was connected with Zakynthos. This island is famous for the Caretta-Caretta turtle. If you are lucky enough and the turtles aren’t camera shy you'll be able to capture one of your most memorable holiday moments!

For a last chance for swimming, we’ll stop at Mavratsis Beach in Vasilikos.

On our way back to Zakynthos-town we pass several long sandy beaches like Gerakas, Porto Zoro, Banana Beach, Porto Roma and St.Nikolaos Beach. On our return to Zakynthos-town our coaches will be waiting for you to bring you back to your resort.
